Youth Meditation



Why Meditate?  Meditation is a way to train your mind and can reduce anxiety and stress while improving focus and concentration. Just a few minutes a day can help you feel centered, positive and more in control, even when you’re not meditating.



Introduction Class:  Held by appointment, this one-hour class will introduce the basics of meditation.  If you haven’t meditated before, it is recommended that you attend an intro class prior to attending a drop in class.  Cost: $20

Weekly Drop-In Classes:  Held on Saturdays from 10:30 to 11:30, the weekly drop-in class will explore different styles of meditation and adds practical tools for daily life.  Suggested donation: $5

Location:   Aromansse Meditation Studio @ 288 Marion Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Instructor: Melissa was introduced to her spiritual path in her youth by her mother and has now studied meditation at Aromansse for over 14 years. As a mother of three, she is compassionate to the stress and challenges youth are struggling with today.
