Reiki
What is Reiki?
What Reiki may support
- Deep relaxation
- Reduced everyday stress
- Emotional balance
- A greater sense of connection and well-being
Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some people notice warmth, tingling, lightness, emotional release, or deep relaxation, while others simply experience a quiet opportunity to rest. There is no right or wrong experience.
What to expect
Your Reiki Experience
Arrive
We will begin with a short conversation about how you are feeling, what brought you to Reiki, and anything you would like to focus on.
Settle
You will remain fully clothed and relax comfortably on the treatment table. Before beginning, we will discuss positioning, touch preferences, and anything you need to feel comfortable.
Receive
During the session, Reiki may be offered through gentle hands-on contact, hands held above the body, or a combination of both. The experience can be quiet and deeply restful.
Integrate
At the end of the session, you will have time to gently return to the present. We can discuss anything you noticed or experienced, although you are never required to share.
